‘Queen’ takes taxi to see new royal arrival

The “Queen” was quick to welcome William and Kate’s third child and her sixth great-grandchild by taking an iconic black taxi to St Mary’s Hospital. The Duchess gave birth to the fifth in line for the throne on Monday at the Lindo wing of St Mary’s Hospital, London. On closer expection though the Queen was actually a waxwork which brought much confusion, and later amusement, to the media and royalist fans waiting to catch a glimpse of the new prince.
