Essex Police appeal launched after Taxi Driver Assault in Brentwood

Police have issued a public appeal for information following an assault on a taxi driver in Brentwood earlier this month.
The incident occurred at approximately 7pm on 9 November on Shenfield Road.
According to reports, the driver was attacked while driving, leading to a loss of control of the vehicle.
Officers have now released a CCTV image of a man they wish to identify in connection with the assault.
Anyone with relevant information, including CCTV or dashcam footage, is urged to come forward. The crime reference number for this case is 42/170324/24.
