Police appeal after computers thrown during taxi office assault at Hemel Hempstead station

Police are appealing for information following an assault at a taxi office at Hemel Hempstead railway station that left a staff member injured.
According to Dacorum Police, the incident took place at around 7pm on Monday 30 March at the taxi office operated by Kings Ace Cars. A man is reported to have thrown computer equipment and a banner following a taxi enquiry, resulting in injuries to a member of staff.
Officers are seeking to identify and trace a man they believe was in the area at the time and may have information relevant to the investigation. The force has issued an appeal asking anyone who recognises the individual or witnessed the incident to come forward.
The incident highlights ongoing safety concerns for taxi office staff and operators working in public-facing roles, particularly at transport hubs where disputes can escalate.

Dacorum Police said: “Officers are keen to trace the man pictured as they believe he was in the area at the time and may have information that will help their investigation.”
