Police appeal after taxi driver assaulted and vehicle damaged in Burnley

Police have launched an appeal for information to help locate a man wanted in connection with the alleged assault of a taxi driver and racially aggravated criminal damage in Burnley.
Officers are seeking to speak to 34-year-old Christian Dobos following an incident reported in Sunningdale Gardens. According to police, a taxi driver was assaulted during the incident and a wing mirror on the taxi was damaged.
The investigation relates to allegations of assault and racially aggravated criminal damage. Police have not released further details about the circumstances surrounding the incident or confirmed when it took place.
Officers are appealing to anyone with information about Christian Dobos’s whereabouts to come forward. Anyone who sees him is advised not to approach him but instead contact police.
Enquiries to find Dobos have been ongoing since January and now the police are asking for your help to trace him.
