Taxi manufacturer LEVC and Cliveden-National Trust forge green transport link
LEVC (London Electric Vehicle Company), renowned for its electric vehicle taxi, has formed a significant partnership with Cliveden-National Trust.
The collaboration aims to provide sustainable and accessible transport solutions to the historic Buckinghamshire estate, starting with the delivery of a TX Access taxi.
The TX Access is an electric, fully wheelchair-accessible taxi designed to meet the highest standards of environmental and accessibility needs. This move is a testament to LEVC's dedication to creating mobility solutions that support conservation and universal access, principles strongly held by Cliveden-National Trust.
By integrating the TX Access taxi into their operations, Cliveden-National Trust are making a statement about their commitment to a sustainable future.
Alex Nan, CEO of LEVC, said: "Supplying a TX Access to support the accessibility of Cliveden-National Trust is a proud moment for LEVC. The TX Access underlines LEVC’s commitment to providing inclusive mobility solutions for a sustainable future where transportation is accessible to all. We’re honoured to play a part in enhancing the visitor experience; enabling even more people to access the estate with ease."
Robert Miles, General Manager of Cliveden-National Trust, said: "Our collaboration with LEVC to introduce the TX Access taxi service at Cliveden has been a remarkable success, running extremely smoothly from start to finish. The TX perfectly complements our commitment to providing an accessible and environmentally conscious experience for all our visitors, and the iconic design of the vehicle sits well with the iconic design of our estate. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we're proud to offer a service that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our guests, by maximising accessibility and giving more visitors the opportunity to enjoy our stunning estate."
