A popular taxi driver YouTuber has asked viewers whether he has found the GREATEST taxi driver gadget EVER.

The device reviewed in the latest Tom the Taxi Driver video is a humble, but effective tray that attaches itself to the steering wheel of a vehicle.

Tom Hutley, a London taxi driver and successful YouTuber, posted his latest video to over 24,000 subscribers recommending the simple tool that every taxi driver and motorist working long hours will be interested in.

Grabbing meals on the go or eating a pre-packed lunch whilst working can be a tricky one for cabbies. No one wants crumbs, yogurt or any other food all over their cab, or worse still on their clothes mid-shift.

Tom asks viewers ‘is this the greatest taxi driver gadget ever?’

Taxi drivers and truckers commenting on the video, supported the claim. One called it ‘genius’ whilst several claim to have just ordered the ingenious tray.

Tom’s YouTube channel has been a hit with viewers ever since it first launched in March 2020. The London black cab driver and qualified taxi guide completed the ‘Knowledge of London’ in 2017 after 3 years of studying.

Tom has also published a book about his time on the Knowledge, and recently progressed to Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers.
