In the video, the two inside lanes close, but much to the surprise of viewers, a private hire vehicle can be seen flying up the closed off section of the road.

Matty, who operates DM Airport Transport and also works on the Uber platform, commentates on an incident where a motorway narrows down due to roadworks.
