Coke can and verbal abuse lobbed at taxi driver waiting on cab rank sparks police appeal


Officers from Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a man threw a can of coke at a taxi and made verbal threats to the driver in Boston town centre.


According to police sources the incident happened at the taxi rank in Boston Market Place at around 4am on Sunday 12 August. The male suspect is believed to be around 17-year's-old.

Officers from the force believe members of public were around at this time as they intervened during the incident.


Any witnesses who have any information in relation to the incident, are urged to call 101 and quote incident 222 of 12 August.
