Police hunt man wanted in connection with the attempted murder of a taxi driver in Bury

Greater Manchester Police have released images of a man they are searching for in connection with the attempted murder of a taxi driver on Saturday 8 January.
Posting three images of the man on their social media accounts, a spokesperson for the police said: “Do you know this man?
“Richard Steven McCormack, (20/08/1984), is wanted in connection with the attempted murder of a taxi driver in Bury on the 8th January 2022.
“Anyone with information about McCormack's whereabouts should contact police via LiveChat on our website https://crowd.in/1CXUe1.
“Alternatively call 101, or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111.
”Please do not approach this man. If sighted contact the police immediately on 999.”
